WWE News: Big Title Change Expected On WWE Raw 1

Sheamus was absent from WWE Raw on this past edition. He headed to his home country of Ireland which was a yearly sabbatical for him. Another man who was not present on the show was Dean Ambrose from The Shield. This made things stale a bit on the show as we could not see the anticipated tag team championship match between The Bar and The Shield.

However, both of them would be coming back to the show this week when WWE Raw goes Hollywood. The Raw tag team championship match has been confirmed to take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. This perhaps will be the main event of the night which means will be placed at the very last on the card.

In the meantime, The Celtic Warrior gave a serious injury update about himself. Recently, he posted an update about his body on the Celtic Warriors Workouts YouTube channel to reveal that he has been dealing with a concussion for the past six months. This is a neck injury that is giving him trouble.

It was clear from his words that even with this particular injury, he had to go through the rigorous schedule of WWE for the better half of this year. He is suffering from a stenosis (an abnormal narrowing of a body channel) in his neck. To come over it, he was also seen rehabbing in a neck hammock process as seen in the video footage. Check out his comments from the video, here,

“So, for the last 6 months I’ve been suffering from serious stenosis; neck issues. Today I’m gonna talk about rehab and recovery.”

Since a neck injury is considered to be something very serious, he might need a time-off from his WWE schedule. In that case, it is evident that the Raw tag team title will change hands in this upcoming edition of WWE Raw. One member of the Shield is already holding the Intercontinental championship. So, other two are also expected to get titles around their waste to become stronger than ever.
