Last night’s WWE Raw was hyped-up with the all of a sudden return of Brock Lesnar on the show. The Universal Championship picture was at stake for quite sometimes now. Kane and Braun Strowman were handed an opportunity on last week’s show with a match which ended in a disqualification. So, no one was determined to be the challenger for the prime title on the red brand.
So, Kurt Angle kicked off the night going straight to the point to make an official announcement regarding the upcoming match. He was taking a bit of time to make a formal announcement when Braun Strowman interrupted him stating he deserves to get an opportunity since he was the last man standing in the ring, last week.
In case you don’t remember, once the match was called off, Strowman had a brawl with Kane to the delight of the crowd which ended in a nasty way for the latter one. He was put through a table to end the show, and Strowman was right to demand an opportunity.
But, Kane was quick to interrupt the segment between these two claiming he is creating chaos in the WWE for almost two decades. So, he deserves a shot at the prime championship present on the red brand.
To heat up the segment, Brock Lesnar entered the ring, and Paul Heyman wanted to declare something when Kurt Angle was quick to officially announce a triple threat match at the Royal Rumble PPV with the Universal Championship on the line.

The general manager escaped the ring, quickly to avoid the chaos inside it. The reigning champion stood tall by delivering a clothesline to the monster among men to put him off the ring. Then he delivered an F-5 to Kane to stand tall.
However, all the three were quick to be back on their feet indicating how insane it will be with these three competing in one single match. Later, WWE.com confirmed the match with the following updates,
“Demons and Monsters and Beasts, oh my! at the 2018 Royal Rumble, not one, not two, but three immovable objects will be facing off when Brock Lesnar puts his Universal Championship on the line against Braun Strowman and Kane in a Triple Threat Match.
Will The Devil’s Favorite Demon or The Monster Among Men have what it takes to dethrone Lesnar? Or will The Conqueror vanquish his monstrous adversaries to Suplex City? Find out at Royal Rumble, Sunday, Jan 28, at a special start time of 7 ET/4 PT, streaming live on WWE Network!”
