For the past couple of weeks from now, one of the most popular superstars of the Smackdown Live has been absent from the show. Becky Lynch, the so-called face of the women’s division from the blue brand was taken out of action owing to an attack by The Riott Squad. This happened on the November 21st edition of Smackdown Live.
As per the storyline idea, WWE brought several names from the NXT locker room to shake up the female roster. Over on WWE Raw, Paige returned with Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville by her side whereas, on Smackdown Live, Ruby Riott emerged with Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan alongside her. Naomi was the first victim of them in the backstage area.

Becky Lynch went to resist them from the ambush but got caught up in the number games. The heel faction delivered a 3-on-1 attack to the Irish Lass-kicker to take her out from a storyline perspective. In reality, she was busy filming The Marine 6 franchise movie with The Miz. But, she is done with doing it and expected to be back on tonight’s Smackdown Live.

The speculations are running high after she came back to action in WWE house shows in recent times. She was included back to the Holiday Tour of the WWE. Her first appearance took place at the live event that took place in Detroit, Michigan. So, it’s just a matter of time that she comes back on the televised episode, as well.

The Irish lady is fired up to perform in the first-ever Royal Rumble match and win it. In a recent interview with Chron.com, she stated,
“I failed at P.E. when I was 15 years, so I decided to change something,” the Dublin-native says. Sometimes all it takes is a nudge and a cosmic wake-up call. The empowerment of wrestling swallowed her whole. “I was always a fan, but now I could do something about it.”
