WWE: Twitter Reactions from This Week’s Edition of Raw: January 8, 2018 1

Last night’s WWE Raw delivered to a big extent with some interesting segment starting from the opener. The audience was thrilled to see The Balor Club extending their work as a cohesive unit. It would certainly give a positive direction to each one of their careers. Plus, the heat is getting bigger, each week for Jason Jordan, as he tries to be a replacement for Dean Ambrose.

After a good opener, the pace of the show was cut short with a tag team match featuring Absolution. Paige did not compete, and her absence was missed. It was also not understood why the faction suffered their first loss heading towards Royal Rumble when they are supposed to dominate the 30-woman match.

Whenever it comes down to The Miz, we are almost guaranteed that he will deliver to a big extent. Following his return, he did not disappoint either. He cut a hell of promo claiming big things are coming up for him in 2018. Following this, he reclaiming on the IC title is going to be quite an interesting one over Roman Reigns.

Paul Heyman might have cut one of his best promos in a long time with Brock Lesnar by his side. But, his words were cut short by the monster among men who destroyed the champion and Kane. It was a surreal moment when Strowman pulled down the iron frame and drove it into both his opponents ahead of Royal Rumble. It is likely that both these behemoths will miss next week’s WWE Raw.

The main event contest fell short considering it was a dragged one. The altercation at the very last moment saves the contest. The Miz, coming down to the ring and attacking the champion, out of nowhere was cheered, too. We expect these two go at each other, going forward from now. Overall, a decent episode was hosted in Memphis and here are the Twitter reactions.
