Dean Ambrose and Samoa Joe had been sidelined for almost eight months to miss the Royal Rumble event.
Paige was the other female superstar who is dealing with a neck concussion that forced her to stay away from the first-ever women’s Royal Rumble match.
Not only she would miss this royal battle but also her career is said to be over. There are multiple injuries going on around the Cruiserweight Division, as well.
The list has added another name to it in the form of one-half of the Singh Brothers. On the January 16th edition of Smackdown Live, they had to deal with overtime duties since their mentor was pitted in two different matches on one single night. They accompanied Jinder Mahal in the first match and also helped him to attack Bobby Roode.
In the first matchup against Xavier Woods, Jinder Mahal picked up an easy win. Then the second matchup was won by Bobby Roode who qualified to face Jinder in the finale.

They were able to execute the ambush until the Glorious One backfired with offensive moves. He shoved both Sunil and Samir Singh from the ring. The latter one had a bad landing while going off the apron.
Apparently, he fell on the ground on his ankle rupturing it. This had injured Samir Singh’s leg.
As noted in the social media, the video footages suggested that the Indian superstar has been hurt legit. The company has not disclosed any official statement regarding this injury.
But, the recent updates from Samir’s Facebook and Instagram account suggested he had undergone a surgery under renowned Dr Jeffery Duggas.
Hopefully, the Modern Day Maharaja will not have to perform without his two partners for a significant amount of time who have stood by his side ever since his push started.
After losing the WWE championship, he has also failed to win the United States championship. With Wrestlemania season coming around, it is needed that the faction remains intact so that Jinder does not lose his top spot on Smackdown.
