This is going to be the second last episode of WWE Raw before the Elimination Chamber PPV. For the last couple of weeks, the flagship show delivered compact episodes with big matchups. This clearly indicates that we are indeed on the road to Wrestlemania where the ominous structure awaits for six male and female superstars.

Tonight, a huge main event has already been declared on the show. By virtue of a fatal-4-way match featuring the prime superstars from WWE Raw, we will get the last name for the men’s division Elimination Chamber match.

Moreover, it will also finalize the lineups for the PPV. The episode will take place at the SAP Center in San Jose, California.

The final qualifying match for the Elimination Chamber will be contested on tonight’s show in the main event. The four participants competing in this match have already lost their respective matches in the last couple of weeks.

So, this is a second chance match for them. Finn Balor, Bray Wyatt, Matt Hardy and Apollo Crews will get another opportunity as hyped up by WWE.com:

“Live on Raw, Finn Bálor, “Woken” Matt Hardy, Apollo Crews, and Bray Wyatt will collide in a Second Chance Fatal 4-Way Match to determine the final entrant in the Men’s Elimination Chamber Match on Sunday, Feb. 25, with the winner of that bout going on to face Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania.”

It is needless to say that Finn Balor is the undoubted favorite heading into this match. Apollo is considered to be a name that is equivalent to the Universal Championship picture whereas Wyatt and Hardy will engage to solve their personal matters giving Balor the upper hand.

For the past few weeks, Braun Strowman has been quite outrageous. He is destroying everybody standing in his path.

Last week, he man-handled John Cena and Elias. According to WWE.com, he will continue to create rampage on the show, yet again proving that he is the unstoppable force on the show.

Last week, we have also seen Alexa Bliss rescuing Mickie James from the Absolution which was more than surprising. This was clearly the champion’s strategy to form an ally since she will have to defend her title inside Elimination Chamber.

She will continue to play tricks like this as we expect to hear from Mickie after the strange act of Bliss.

The status of Seth Rollins is in quite a jeopardy on WWE Raw now that his partner, Jason Jordan has officially become incompetent. It means that he will no more be able to pursue the tag team championships.

So, it will be interesting to see whether he would be involved in a singles rivalry in-time for Elimination Chamber.
