Last night, we witnessed the return of AJ Styles on Smackdown Live after a hiatus of one week. With the Fastlane PPV title match continuously getting updated, he was scheduled to note on this.
Plus, a huge six-woman tag team match was scheduled on the show to set up a title picture on the women’s division.
Also, a big contender’s match was announced between The New Day and Chad Gable-Shelton Benjamin. The winner, New Day, received the opportunity to challenge the Usos for the titles at the upcoming Smackdown-exclusive PPV. The night ended with a huge victory for AJ Styles against Baron Corbin with a phenomenal forearm. However, Baron still stood tall bu hitting the End of Days.
The actions were still to come following this week’s taped edition of Smackdown. The fans in Phoenix, Arizona received a bigger treat by having the 2018 Royal Rumble winner on the card in the dark main event spot once the TV taping was over.

For the past couple of week’s Nakamura has been kept off from the actual show. But, he is regularly performing in the dark matches to entertain the crowd. There was no exception, this week, too as a dream team was formed.
The Artist teamed up with the United States Champion, Bobby Roode against the team of Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. The babyfaces picked up the win to send the crowd with a smile on their face.
Two more stars who were kept off the main show and they were the Smackdown tag team champions, The Usos. But, they performed for the crowd before Smackdown Live kicking off in Phoenix. They took on against the team of Rusev and Aiden English who were not seen around, too. The champs picked up the win continuing their momentums.
