WWE Raw Full Results: March 5, 2018 1

A blockbuster match was announced for last night’s WWE Raw between Asuka and Nia Jax to make the road to Wrestlemania even glorious for the women’s division. Plus, Ronda Rousey was supposed to be present on the show to take her rivalry forward against Stephanie McMahon. Check out all of these and much more happened on WWE Raw at the BMO Harris Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

WWE Raw kicked off with Kurt Angle coming down to the ring demanding revenge against Triple H. Stephanie McMahon and Ronda Rousey showed up inside the ring to start a heated confrontation that became physical. In the meantime, it was confirmed that Kurt Angle will team up with Ronda Rousey to take on against Stephanie and Triple H at Wrestlemania 34.

Asuka vs. Nia Jax was the opening contest of the night. Alexa Bliss and Mickie James were watching from the backstage area rooting for Nia. Despite all the valiant efforts, Asuka was able to lock in the arm-bar and denied to let it go. Nia tried to escape the held on multiple occasions but failed. She tapped out with Asuka’s streak being intact.

John Cena showed on WWE Raw with a message for Wrestlemania. The Fastlane PPV match will be much important in his career where he would be able to get an opportunity to pick up the title for 17th occasion. His promo was cut by Goldust who locked horns against Cena on WWE Raw. By hitting an AA, Cena picked up the win, easily.

Bayley was out on the show to cut a promo explaining her actions to turn her back on Sasha Banks. The Absolution interrupted her setting up a match between Mandy Rose and Bayley. The Hugger won the match by connecting with a Bayley with a simple roll-up. Absolution tried to deliver an attack to Bayley when Sasha Banks ran out to make the save.

Braun Strowman had a falls count anywhere match against Elias which was a one-sided affair. Strowman squashed his opponent with quite ease to pick up a big victory. The Bar defeated The Bar in an exciting tag team contest. Bray Wyatt defeated Rhyno in an impromptu singles competition.

The Miz was out to hand over the Mizzie awards. In reality, he was out to insult Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, and Kurt Angle. Rollins and Balor came out to interrupt setting up a matchup. The Miztourage squared off against Rollins and Balor in a tag match with the latter team picking up the win. Later, Kurt Angle announced a triple threat Intercontinental title match at Wrestlemania 34.

In the main event segment, Paul Heyman showed up to blast Roman Reigns for his fired-up promo, last week. He blasted the Big Dog for achieving nothing in his entire career. Reigns interrupted going bad-mouth against the champion. He called his opponent out on next week’s WWE Raw that will be held in the city of Detroit.
