The Road to Wrestlemania for the main event match will take-off from this week’s edition of WWE Raw. Resurfacing on the show will be the Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar.
After so much negativity surrounding him, it will be interesting what he will have to say when he finally meets his challenger for a face-off.
Some other things are also likely to be addressed like the women’s championship picture and the equation between friend-turned-into-foes from the same roster. Plus, the WWE Raw commissioner will be seeking retribution towards her Wrestlemania opponent. The show will be hosted by the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan.
The confrontation between Roman Reign and Brock Lesnar was scheduled to happen on the post-Elimination Chamber edition of WWE Raw. Due to the champion ‘no-showing’, this was pushed back to tonight’s episode. The challenger already sent a warning that he should be ready for a fight on the night.
“The time for talk, it seems, is over. Live on Raw, Roman Reigns and Universal Champion Brock Lesnar will meet face-to-face, but they may be trading more than just insults. What will happen when The Big Dog and The Beast Incarnate step into the ring, four weeks before WrestleMania?”

Now, Brock Lesnar has drawn a lot of negative reactions with irresponsible activities, lately. Apart from his absence, he spent less time inside the ring in house shows. Also, he delivered an F-5 to a referee on this past week. It will be interesting to see whether he shows up or continues to dodge. If he does appear then, Reigns will try to go into a fight with him.
The same can be said with Stephanie McMahon, as well who might be irate after Ronda Rousey smacked her, last week. This woman does not like to back down, at all. With Wrestlemania implications written around this rivalry, she will be seeking redemption by any means on WWE Raw, as declared by the official website.
A packed main event should be waiting for us, tonight. As per the recent rumours, the Ultimate Deletion match between Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt has been filmed, already. So, the airing of the match should happen on tonight’s show from the Hardy Compound. These two are likely to patch up once this match gets over.
In the women’s division, Asuka might move to the Smackdown brand now that Fastlane PPV is over and she has chosen Charlotte Flair as her opponent. Also, the storyline angle between Sasha Banks and Bayley should go forward. The heel-turn for the Hugger should happen as early as possible to confirm this match.
