The WWE Universe was wondering when it is going to shoot the Ultimate Deletion match. Earlier, Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt had a confrontation that set up a match with bigger implications. The feud between the two most bizarre personas present in the pro-wrestling circle is going on for months. It needed to culminate in a big way, and hence a match at the Hardy Compound was arranged.
This is a one-of-a-kind match that was never hosted in the WWE, before this. A match at the Hardy Compound is something to watch out for. Previously, the Impact Wrestling programming was successful to conduct several matches in this compound. This is usually taped in the compound area which gets telecasted at a later date.
This time around, the same would happen as the recent reports suggest that this contest has already taken place. According to the reports from PWInsider.com, the match has already been filmed at the Hardy Compound on this past Thursday, March 8th. It is situated in the state of North Carolina. So, the airing should be much closer.
It was revealed by the source that we will see the Ultimate Deletion much earlier than expected. Tonight’s WWE Raw will see this gimmick match between Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt to entertain the crowd. The show is slated to take place at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. Additional details of the match were also revealed which stated that former Impact Wrestling official, Jeremy Borash was present to officiate things.
“Furthermore, it’s being noted that longtime TNA/Impact Wrestling executive and current WWE employee Jeremy Borash was also present at the Hardy Family Compound—contributing to the proceedings. Especially, given that he was also heavily involved in the production of the Broken Universe storyline and Hardy Compound segments in Impact Wrestling.”
WWE referee, Shawn Bennett was the one to call things down in this particular match. It is speculated that other members of the Hardy family might also be present during this matchup. But, this was not disclosed by the source. We can see this confirmedly when the match finally hits our tv screen during WWE Raw.
