India’s former skipper, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, takes on India’s current skipper Virat Kohli in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Hosts Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), buoyant after the recent win over Delhi Daredevils, will take on table-toppers Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Wednesday, (April 25) evening.

The good news for all the cricket enthusiasts is that rain will not play spoilsport during the proceedings.

With enticing contest about to start at 8:00 PM, the jampacked crowd is expected to be entertained by two teams- lined-up with star-studded players.

Super Kings have had the knack of winning close matches while the Royal Challengers have had struggled to get over the line in such a contrast.

The good news for RCB supporters is that both AB de Villiers and Virat Kohli are now amongst the runs. Which means that the crowd will be anticipating fireworks from their two favourite players while considering the home team.

However, the two would have their task cut out – to face the dominating bowling attack of CSK which has helped them win the match against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

RCB, on the other hand, need to win a couple of games – to play for the fourth spot in the playoffs.

While Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) are fighting for the fourth spot in the table.

Meanwhile, Delhi Daredevils (DD) and Mumbai Indians (MI) have made it difficult for themselves – to qualify for the next round, with their string of defeats.
