Last night, we saw a wild crowd in Montreal, Canada for WWE Raw. From the get-go, they were letting their favouritism or hatred towards all the superstars known.

This is the usual reaction whenever WWE goes to Canada for hosting televised editions of WWE Raw or Smackdown Live. They were loud for Seth Rollins, the reigning Intercontinental Champion.

This man was able to retain his title cunningly at the Greatest Royal Rumble event, last Friday. While being in the ring on WWE Raw, the crowd applauded his efforts for being a strong champion. He was soon interrupted by Finn Balor who was seen robbed of his opportunity during the last championship match.

He was this much closer to snatch the title away from Rollins but could not get the job done. So, he proposed another championship match right there on WWE Raw.

The strong champion agreed to it, as this set up the main event of the night. But, then again, The Miztourage was waiting for them.

Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel walked out to interrupt them and pledged about forming a team. This time, they talked about building the second version of the four-horsemen. Quite expectedly, Rollins and Balor were not willing to join them and beat the hell out of them. It was not the end of the altercation.

Finn Balor attacked Rollins right after the segment, as the latter one took his eyes off him. He hit the champion with a reverse DDT elbow drop to stand tall before the scheduled title match.

There’s no denying that every time these two meet in the ring, they bring out something unique out of them. It is great to see as a fan, but then again, we don’t want to see something repetitive.

This time around too, the crowd chanted, ‘this is awesome’, as Rollins went for the second suplex, but Balor countered it into a Falcon Arrow!

He was up for a Coup De Grace off the top rope, but Rollins countered it with a superkick to set up for the Curb Stomp.

He executed it, successfully to pin Balor and retain his championship. By this win on WWE Raw, Seth Rollins vs The Miz is now finalised to take place at the Backlash PPV over the Intercontinental Championship.
