WWE Rumour: Alexa Bliss to Win WWE Raw Women’s Championship at Backlash 1

Nia Jax won the WWE Raw women’s championship at the bygone edition of Wrestlemania 34.

The behemoth worked hard ever since coming to the WWE to establish herself as one of the very bests on the female roster. She already had the family background to speak for her. But, the oversized superstar was not a fan favourite until she got into an organic storyline against Alexa Bliss.

The latter one could get considered as the wonder-lady of the Raw women’s division. From the get-go, she has carried the Raw women’s division on her own. Ever since entering the fray on the flagship show, Little Miss Bliss has proved to be the most valuable asset of the company.

So, quite expectedly, she turned out to be the longest reigning Raw women’s champion ever since the title got introduced.

Her heelish antics are so natural that the audience is bound to give her negative reactions. Plus, she does have a huge fanbase on the social media which gives her the required attention, automatically. Until Wrestlemania, Nia and Alexa used to be best of friends forming team Rude.

But, just before the ‘show of shows’, Alexa Bliss betrayed her and threw some nasty comments. She started slamming her, verbally over the body-shaming issue. It made Nia a natural babyface. So, the audience reacted positively when the title changed hands at Wrestlemania 34.

But, the reign is not expected to continue for a long time. Since Nia’s run turned out to be a lacklustre one, WWE creative team might not wish to continue with it. Instead, they might choose the trusted shoulder, yet again. So, we should not get surprised to see Alexa Bliss taking her title back, once again at the upcoming PPV.

As per the updates from SportsKeeda.com, putting the title on Alexa Bliss will allow the creative team to start a new championship storyline on WWE Raw. Furthermore, Little Miss Bliss can be used to put over a newer addition to the roster,

“Ember Moon made her Raw debut on the Raw after WrestleMania 34 teaming up with Nia Jax. It’s safe to say that WWE could be seeking to elevate her into the title scene earlier than later. So it’s fitting to have Bliss reclaim the title at Backlash to have a potential program with Ember Moon.”

On the other hand, Nia Jax does not sit well with her face character which is why turning him into the villain, once more, will make her look even stronger.
