Dean Ambrose’s Hell in a Cell match against Luke Harper and Braun Strowman was cancelled immediately after WWE reported an injury with Randy Orton and the Lunatic Fringe was not booked for anything during the PPV and Monday Night. But that does not mean WWE has not stored anything for him as they have considered him to be the next in line for the Intercontinental championship.

This is in speculation since WWE have announced the match card at the next MSG live special on the 26th of December. The list said that it will feature Kevin Owens vs. Dean Ambrose for the IC title. So Dean Ambrose may end up crashing Owens’ party post-HIAC scenario after he defeated Ryback for the title. These are just speculations but if we connect the dots and look from a business perspective it can be a fruitful feud.

WWE updates on Dean Ambrose and Xavier Woods 1

Real Reason behind Xavier Woods’ absence

Xavier Woods has been one consistent entertainer in WWE today. He is on a roll as a part of the WWE tag team champions. Woods has been a reeking of charisma as of late and his recent playing with the trombone has put him over with the fans. He is one of the main reasons that the New Day has been able to provide with basic entertainment value in WWE. His absence was terribly felt at the hell in a Cell PPV as he was put through a table last Monday Night. His teammates Big E and Kofi was blaming the Dudleyz for their act.

Woods also posted one photo with his midrib heavily bandaged to put an emphasis on his injury which surely made Vince happy, but the real reason behind Woods’ absence is his wedding took place this weekend and he had to take a break for marriage preparations. He will return to join his tag team partners soon after he is done with his special occasion.
