Hell in a Cell will go down in history as yet another PPV of the year which delivered more than what we expected. The Undertaker and the Beast finally delivered a match worthy enough to watch a second time. Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt too did not disappoint at all. Even the Divas gave us a great match and finally WWE universe get rid of John Cena for a while. Also, a return and an unlikely alliance marked the show which indicates a great promising future. Here are the 5 developments:

WWE Hell in a Cell: 5 promising developments 1

Alberto Del Rio Returns

John Cena opened the PPV to issue his US open challenge which was a good thing to create a hype as fans were eager to know his unknown opponent. Out came Zeb Colter who blamed Cena for being a divider and booed the Cenation leader for his polarizing effect. As he no more wanted any division he wants to come people with all backgrounds to come together and calls out his new ally Alberto Del Rio. Del Rio got a huge pop after returning which was a good thing. Also, Cena’s time off will let him do build the character and his ally with Colter which may turn out to be a promising thing in future.

Roman’s momentum continues

Two of the most promising talents in WWE today delivered the most successful match at the Hell in a Cell night. This was the brutal cell match to be remembered in future. This was an out and out brawl between Roman and Bray, where both used Kendo sticks, broke three tables and faced many encounters with the barbed structure. And most importantly this feud was created to push Roman to the top and that was successful as he is now one step closer to be the champ after becoming the No.1 contender for WWE title.

The Divas match

Both the divas were out with their teammates but delivered a tremendous match to remember for a long time. Charlotte needed a match to present herself as a great champion and Nikki turned out to be that one enforcer. Charlotte sold her hurt back pretty well. As well as showed some great attitudes during the match and that triumphant cry added to the mix completely. This was one of the best matches during this year’s PPV. But the problem with Charlotte was the crowd was cheering for the heel Nikki Bella too and that may give her the title once again as she looked like the hard-hitting veteran there in the match.

Cesaro section

Cesaro section is getting stronger day by day as this man is just electric inside the ring and simply no one can come closer to him if performance is the parameter. His graceful presence just enlightens the ring as he is simply the best in terms of Wrestling inside a squared circle. All his moves are worth to watch. The only good thing in the kick-off show was Cesaro who just tore the house on his own. Also, we can’t wait for his feud with Stardust to kickoff. This man really can’t be boring in any way, Never!

Into the Darkness

Among the three matches that Brock Lesnar and Undertaker had, this one inside the cell was the best. The man delivered the match so big that took out almost everything out of them and Lesnar had to give a low blow followed by an F-5 to end the match. What was even more interesting was the attack made by the Wyatt family after the match making the prelude for Undertaker’s 25th anniversary which is going to be celebrated next month at Survivor Series PPV. Surely we are going to see him more on screen in the coming weeks.
