WWE Smackdown results: November 19, 2015

MIZ TV: Guests Alberto Del Rio, Kevin Owens, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose

Just three days away from the tournament finale, four semi-finalists was invited in the ring in the ‘Most must see talk show in history’ but they needed no introduction whatsoever as they decided to show up and welcome themselves early in the show.

First Owens showed up to turn the show into “Kevin Owens” show. Zeb Colter alongside Del Rio followed up by calling both Miz and Owens haters. As the show heated up the show turned up into Ambrose Asylum and the Lunatic Fringe vowed to win the title on Sunday. R-Truth showed considering himself as a participant of the tournament. Then Reigns showed up to trick The Miz into some Hollywood-style action.

Cesaro vs. The Miz

As the Miz TV ended up being a mayhem and felt the heat by getting some punches, he demanded his scheduled match be cancelled. But Cesaro entered nonetheless to begin the fight. After the earthquake fight he had on Monday with Reigns, the Swiss Superman was able to keep his momentum and made Miz tap out to the cross face in about a 90 minute match up. While exiting the ramp he had a stare down with the Cosmic Wasteland who were emerging for the next 6 man tag match.

 

Neville and The Dudley Boyz vs. Stardust and The Ascension

Smackdown was indeed taken into the height when the ‘Man that gravity forgot’ entered into the Cosmic Wasteland alongside Bubba and D-Von Dudley. In the high flying and quick action where Stardust and Konor were neutralized The Dudleyz were able to hit the 3D on Viktor to pick up the victory.

Tyler breeze vs. Dolph Ziggler

Before the match, Tyler and Summer Rae decided to laugh at Dolph making him as a guest at the announce table. Though Prince Pretty was able to plant the Long Island Iced-Z with the beauty shot, Ziggler did not miss the chance to deliver a post-match assault to the adversary and super kicked him to end the segment.

 

Wyatt family and The Brothers of destruction segment

Bray Wyatt and his followers entered the ring to make a promise that the Brothers of Destruction “will fail in their pursuit for redemption at Survivor Series”. But they did make clear which two of them will compete in the upcoming Survivor Series tag team match against Taker and Kane.

In response both the brothers appeared in the Titan Tron to vow that they would reclaim what always belonged to them on Sunday and all the family would certainly Rest in Peace. Kane’s fire heated up the arena and all the druids controlled by the Wyatts fell down to the mat.

Charlotte vs. Brie Bella

Only three days away from her personal showdown against the anti-diva Paige, The Flair Girl went into a war against Brie Bella on Smackdown and ultimately demolished the Brie mode by putting her into the figure eight leg lock after a devastating spear to reign supreme.

 

Big E vs. Kalisto

Prior to Big E’s match against Kalisto, The New Day complained that none of them were involved in the championship tournament and a ‘conspiracy’ is going on there. In the contest which followed, obviously both the Lucha Dragons could not match up with the numbers game of and got beaten by The ‘Power of Positivity’ until Ryback came out to save the day.

 

Reigns and Ambrose vs. Del Rio and Kevin Owens

The four semi-finalists of the tournament were put into the main event of Smackdown. The stakes were much high and the showdown ended up being a no contest when both the teams got counted out outside the ring exchanging kicks and punches. At the end, Ambrose countered and invaded Mex-America by delivering Dirty Deeds to Del Rio and then avoided the pop-up powerbomb to make the way for Reigns to deliver a huge spear on Owens.
