On Wednesday (27 February), one UAE stadium’s security initially stopped two Indian ticket holders to enter the stadium to watch the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL 2019).
The ongoing PSL 2019 is the fourth edition of the tournament. It started on 14 February, and will run till 17 March. Six teams are participating in this competition. The teams are Lahore Qalandars, Karachi Kings, Islamabad United, Multan Sultans, Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators.

Out of 34 matches of this edition, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is organising first 26 games. Meanwhile, Pakistan will host the last eight games of the tournament, including all the playoffs games. Currently, Dubai International Cricket Stadium (Dubai) is hosting their second and final part of this PSL season.
On last Wednesday, during a PSL game, the Dubai Stadium’s security reportedly stopped two Indians to enter the stadium. However, later, the authority reportedly allowed them to enter the stadium.
According to PTI, an official of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) later confirmed that they had nothing to do in that situation. The official claimed that it was the security issue and the local police controlled this.
The official said, “We came to know about the incident and after discussions, they were allowed into the stadium to watch the match as they had valid tickets.”
Pulwama terror attack has raised the tension between India and Pakistan

Currently, India and Pakistan are running under the political tension since the Pulwama terror attack incident. More than 40 soldiers have lost their lives in the Pulwama terror attack incident that happened on 14 February. The Pakistan-based terrorist organisation Jaish-e-Mohammed carried out that suicide bomb attack.
Since then, many Indians have come out to protest against that incident by throwing away the entire relationship with Pakistan. Many Indians have also advised ending their sports relationship too.
At present, India has stopped broadcasting the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL 2019). The Indian company IMG-Reliance has already decided to pull out the PSL television coverage deal in worldwide.
