The last match against Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) was another epic loss for the Virat Kohli-led team at M. Chinnaswamy stadium. The Bengaluru champs gave Kolkata Knight Riders(KKR) a target of 206 to chase in 20 overs. RCB sprinted towards the big score with Kohli contributing 84 runs off 48 balls and AB De Villiers adding his share of 63 runs off 32 balls. Andre Russell has been phenomenal for the Kolkata Knight Riders.
However, the big score target just did not seem to faze KKR off of their path. The chasers started walking up the path with Chris Lyne (43) and Robin Uthappa (33) building a partnership of 83 runs for the second wicket. Though none of them was able to strike high scores, Andre Russell sprinted the score of the team to the finish line in just 13 balls.
The Windies cricketer chasing the ball throughout the stadium.

With his 13 balls, 48, the West Indies talisman Andre Russell shoved his bat right in the ballers’ face. After scoring one run of the first four balls, Russell started waving every baller like some meagre newbies of the field. To Tim Southee’s full toss, Russell answered by snatching 13 runs.
It felt like there was no particular bowler who could chase Russell away from the ground. Or maybe, no one has been able to dish a cure for Russell’s batting. In all of the past matches of KKR a certain pattern was seen where the team builds up the score to which, then, Russell would single-handedly hail the ship to its chase score.

Till now Russell has been like a whirlwind for the teams, swiftly whisking away their win from right under their noses. Hopefully, in the upcoming matches, Russell would come face-to-face with a strong opponent giving him a hard time and cricket fans will have something to talk about till the next season.
