John Cena and Nikki Bella had never on a smooth road in their three years plus relationship. Cena was married and divorced previously and that’s why he always wants to keep himself from anything related to marriage and kids whereas Nikki wants to stay on the other page. The last episode of the previous season of Total Divas showed us that there might be a little trouble in paradise for Cena and Bella.

Nikki, who previously was in a relationship with Dolph Ziggler was seen caught up with him and Dolph declared her still burning feelings for her. Dolph revealed that he would marry Nikki and give her children, unlike John Cena who has stated in the past about not wanting children and marriage. The first episode of this season shows Nikki confessing Dolph’s advance towards her to Cena.

The second episode shows Nikki and Cena’s third-year anniversary dinner where Nikki asked Cena about their marriage, which got a positive answered Cena. Cena said that he loves Nikki more than he has loved anyone and would love to marry her. The love triangle though continues as Dolph once again wanted to get close with Nikki during a literary event for kids.
Talking of Nikki, the former Divas champion had a successful neck surgery yesterday for which is the career is at stake right now. She will be sidelined at least for six long months. Cena has posted a tweet showing his support for Nikki in these hard days.
