Former England skipper Nasser Hussain has picked his four best teams which according to him could lift the ICC World Cup 2019 title. The twelfth edition of the multi-nation tourney is little over a fortnight away to kick-off in England and Wales.
As the Indian Premier League’s (IPL) season 12 is hours away to culminate, then the entire focus will be on the ODI showpiece which will commence from May 30 at Kennington Oval in London.
Overall, all the ten teams have named their provisional squad as the window for change will conclude on May 23. Thereon, ICC will solely decide on the inclusion of a player or so owing to the forced change.
Hussain on India and England:

Interestingly, most of the World Cup-bound players were partaking in the domestic professional league in India.
So much so, given to the four teams which according to Hussain are favourites to lay hands on the trophy, a choice of so could surprise you a bit.
Besides, the former English batsman didn’t pick reigning champions Australia and high-flying South Africa in the list. However, he has picked the No.1 ODI team England and India as the top of the drawer pick for the title triumph.
Also, he believes Pakistan and New Zealand have a lot in the squad to win the mega ICC event.
He conceded that the surprise element could push the strong case for the Men in Green while thinking on the similar lines for the Black Caps.
England holds importance:

For the broadcasting giant Sky Sports, Hussain in his ICC World Cup 2019 preview believes the pressure would be on Eoin Morgan-led England. Adding, the side has the potential to soak under challenging conditions.
“There’s pressure on England at home but they are a great side. And I think New Zealand and Pakistan can both surprise people. I’m going with that four,” Hussain revealed.
Furthermore, Hussain maintained India has been travelling quite often. He remarked that they’re in good stead given to the right balance in the squad.
“You look at India, they travel so well. They’re in the mix,” Hussain concluded.
With most of the teams preparing for the World Cup, Team India will kick-off their campaign following the completion of the IPL 2019.
The curtain raiser will be played between hosts England and the Proteas on Thursday (May 30) in London.
