5. Matthew Hoggard (England)
Former English pacer Matthew Hoggard was a talented pace bowler, especially in the longer format. In ODI cricket, Hoggard was not so consistent with the ball in hand. From 2001 to 2006, the right-arm pacer played 26 ODIs where he took 32 wickets (average 36.00). His best bowling figures were 5/49 against Zimbabwe at Harare on 7th October 2001.
