Indians never disappoint to make hilarious memes. Recently, Indian captain Virat Kohli asked his social media fans to caption on his one posted-image. Since then, the fans are busy to create special captions for that image.
At present, the Indian national cricket team is busy in the 2019 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup in England and Wales. Virat Kohli-led Indian national cricket team has achieved a great start in this tournament.
In their first two matches of this tournament, India achieved back-to-back victories. While the tournament has begun on 30th May, India has started their journey on 5th June when they faced South Africa at Southampton. India won that match by six wickets with 15 balls to spare. While South Africa managed to score 227/9 (50 overs) in the first innings, India chased down that target in 47.3 overs after losing four wickets (230/4).
In their second match of this tournament, India beat the defending champions Australia by 36 runs at The Oval (London). Indian batsmen dominated in that match and scored 352/5 in the first 50 overs. In reply, Australia managed to score 316 runs (50 overs) before getting all out.
On Thursday (13th June), India set to meet with New Zealand (at Nottingham) in their third match of this tournament. However, the continuous rain has forced to call off that game without any toss. After playing three matches of this tournament, India has earned five points along with the net run rate of +0.539.
Indian captain Virat Kohli is in very good form with the bat. The present no.1-ranked Test and ODI batsman Kohli has scored 18 and 82 runs respectively during India’s first two matches of this tournament.
