Pakistan opening batsman Imam-ul-Haq has entered into the fresh controversy for manipulating multiple women on social media.
The 23-year-old left-handed opener Imam-ul-Haq is a very talented batsman. He is the nephew of the former Pakistan captain Inzamam-ul-Haq.
Imam made his international debut in October 2017 through the ODI cricket. He has played 10 Tests, 38 ODIs and only T20I where he has scored 483 runs, 1,692 runs and seven runs respectively. While his Test average is 28.41, his ODI average is very impressive 54.58.

Recently, he played in the 2019 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup. In that tournament, he finished as the second most run-scorer for Pakistan. The left-handed batsman scored 305 runs in eight innings with an average of 38.12. He hit one century and one half-century in that tournament.
During the round-robin stage of that tournament, Imam scored 100 runs against Bangladesh. Scoring that century at the age of 23 years and 205 days, Imam became the youngest Pakistan batsman to score a century in a Cricket World Cup match.
However, his impressive performances can be covered up due to the recent controversy.
Imam-ul-Haq is in the controversy for his leak WhatsApp chats
A twitterati has recently shared some screenshots of WhatsApp chats, where it can be understood that Imam-ul-Haq was dating with multiple girls. The twitterati has claimed that Imam was dating with at least seven to eight women. However, the twitterati has shared Imam’s chats with four different girls.
The twitterati also used #MeToo while sharing those messages. The twitterati has claimed that Imam was lying, dating, using and manipulating multiple girls at the same time.
Later, the twitterati has also claimed, “There are many other screenshots. I have a lot of video/pictorial content as well. I will share them if the victims agree to.”
If these allegations have been proved right, then Imam’s cricket career will be surely in danger. Now, it’s time to see how the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) react on this.
