ToggleSri Lanka players have been backing out from playing in Pakistan ground because of security concerns. The two Pakistani players Saeed Ajmal and Faisal Iqbal are a bit angry because of this action by the Sri Lankan players. As Ajmal says that situation has changed they should not react like this.
Sri Lankan players have not forgotten the incident of 2009 when their bus was attacked by terrorist as it injured many players. Ajmal opines that our government is concerned about their protection as they have approved for the tour.

“I was very hurt when these Sri Lankan players backed out of the tour because the security situation in our country has improved a lot. Our board or government would never ask anyone to play in Pakistan unless they were not sure they could provide the best security environment,” former offspinner spinner Ajmal said on GNews.
Faisal further expressed that those players who are backing out should not be given chance to play in Pakistan Super League (PSL). Ajmal was also of the same view.
“I think those Sri Lankan players or foreigners who can come for the PSL matches should also tour with their national teams. And if anyone refuses to come with their teams, they should not be included in the PSL draft,” Saeed agreed with Faisal’s assertion.
India is not involved in this: Saeed Ajmal

As Shahid Afridi is claiming that India is appealing Sri Lanka to move out of the Pakistan tour, Ajmal and Faisal disagree with his point.
“I don’t think so the Indians are involved but my point is if it is safe for anyone to play PSL matches in Pakistan than they should also tour with their teams.”
On Thursday, Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) confirmed the arrival of the Team in Pakistan. The team will reach on Pakistan soil on 25 September. The three-match ODI series will start on 27 September at Karachi and three-match T20I series will start from 5 October at Lahore.
