It is disappointing when your name doesn’t come up despite performing with the bat – Fawad Alam
Recently, Fawad Alam has expressed his disappointment for not getting selected in the national team again and again. However, he is still expecting to make a comeback in the national squad as he would end his cricket career three years ago if he got disheartened.

According to Dawn, Fawad said, “Of course it is disappointing when your name doesn’t come up despite performing [well] with the bat. As a human being, one is bound to get frustrated if he feels under-appreciated. But I don’t get disheartened because if that were the case my career would have ended three years ago.”
Fawad Alam has also added that he is available for every format. However, he also believes that the selection committee has to make the ultimate call about the format.
He added, “I think it’s the selection committee’s call to select the players they deem fit for a particular format.”
The Sindh cricketer Fawad Alam recently scored 100* against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the first-class game.
