David Warner's Wife Candice Shares Mahatma Gandhi's Quote On His Stunning 335 Against Pakistan 1

Australia’s power-hitting opener David Warner scored his maiden triple ton knock in the ongoing second Test match against Pakistan. The southpaw plundered an unbeaten 335 runs, breaking Sir Don Bradman‘s 88-years old record.

Last year the Australian run-machine along with Steven Smith was banished from the international ground for the infamous ball-tampering case. It was believed that the international careers of the two cricketers were over from the very moment. However, both Warner and Smith came back with a slam a year later in the 12th season of the Indian Premier League.

Warner had an amazing come back in the IPL 2019 followed by the prestigious ICC event. When the scandal farcically broke, Warner was instantly painted as the villain after being named the instigator of the hatched plan. However, the left-hander is back to his brutal best 20 months after many believed his international career was over.

Nevertheless, his personality as a cricketer emerged successfully in the opening Test series against Pakistan for the World Test Championship. During the second Test match against Pakistan, Warner scored a blistering knock of unbeaten 335 runs. The 33-year-old batsman broke the 88-year landmark of Sir Donald Bradman and scored the highest individual Test score at the Adelaide Oval.

Warner’s 335 was the highest individual score in an innings of the day/night Test match. And had the chance given to him, he would have most likely broken the world record of Brian Lara’s unbeaten 400 in a Test innings.

However, lauding him on another landmark feast Candice Warner, David Warner’s wife, took a note from Mahatma Gandhi’s book. She shared a post that quoted one of Mahatma Gandhi’s sayings.

Warner’s wife Candice took to Twitter to post a quote from Mahatama Gandhi:

“Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will. (Mahatma Gandhi) It’s not important what other people believe about you. It’s only important what you believe about yourself. @davidwarner31  #335notout,” she tweeted
