The Rawalpindi Express of Pakistan, Shoaib Akhtar has hit back with his acceptance to the Jofra Archer challenge which was put up by the Rajasthan Royals (RR). A few days ago, the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise posted the video of Akhtar and actor Ali Zafar having a fun cricket dual.

The Rajasthan franchise recently tagged the former Pakistan speedster in the post on twitter and challenged him to face their ace pacer, Jofra Archer. Akhtar has hit back with his response and asked the franchise to let him know the time and place.

A week ago, a video was shared of Pakistan’s former cricketer Shoaib Akhtar and a Pakistan actor-singer Ali Zafar having a humorous cricket dual. However, it started with Zafar calling Shoaib to come down and challenging him to have a round of cricket with him.

After a series of tweets exchanged between the two of them, Akhtar and Zafar finally had a face-off. However, it took just a few minutes for the ex-cricketer of Pakistan to jump back to his usual form. In the video, he was seen bowling a toe-crushing yorker to Zafar and finally scalped his stumps.

Nevertheless, the former cricketer has been socially active ever since his retirement from the cricket arena. He regularly posts videos and tweets his views on every cricketing event. His comment on the Pakistan cricket team’s fitness during the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup, has been one of his most famous reviews on his YouTube channel.

Meanwhile, it has been a long time since Akhtar had been in one-on-one competition with another cricketer. Yet it took him just a few balls to pop back to his usual pace and took out the actor with a yorker.

However, the IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals took the fun challenge to a competitive level and asked the fast bowler to face the new pace bowling sensation, Jofra Archer. Replying to the Rajasthan based IPL franchise, the former pace bowling sensation asked the franchise to mention the date and time.

“Hey @AliZafarsays @shoaib100mph, that looks like fun. How about facing jofra archer next?”, the IPL franchise had tweeted.

“Well everyone knows there’s only one way I do it @rajasthanroyals. “Tu time aur jagah bata” Lol Right @AliZafarsays? You can all watch what happened :),” the former Pakistan pacer replied.
