South Africa vs England 2nd T20I: SA vs ENG Dream11 Team, Playing XI, Fantasy Cricket Tips 1

South Africa prevailed in a final over thriller to kick off the T20I series with a one-run win over England. With just seven runs to save in the final over, Lungi Ngidi kept his nerve and only spent five runs to save the day for the home team. The visitors has much to ponder after the defeat at Buffalo Park.

They were criticised for not including Dawid Malan in the playing XI but there is no spot for the batsman, who had scored a century in his previous T20I outing – against New Zealand last year. The chances of him making into playing XI are unlikely this time as well.

Conditions –

Both the teams will love batting on this ground and the second T20I will be a high scoring game. The match takes place at Kingsmead in Durban.

Here is the likely playing XI of both the teams –

South Africa:

The home team will first look to seal the series before ringing changes for the third T20I. Despite going for 22 runs in the opening T20I, JJ Smuts is expected to keep his place in the squad.

Likely playing XI: Temba Bavuma, Quinton de Kock, Rassie van der Dussen, David Miller, JJ Smuts, Andile Phehlukwayo, Dwaine Pretorius, Beuran Hendricks, Dale Steyn, Tabraiz Shamsi, Dale Steyn

England:

Despite Jos Buttler failing to get a big score, he is likely to keep the opening spot. This means that Jonny Bairstow will come out to bat at number three, a position which Malan is also eyeing. The team management might take a call on Joe Denly’s place but he can offer some leg-spin, which goes in his favour. Expect Eoin Morgan to persist with same playing squad for the must-win contest.

Likely playing XI: Jason Roy, Jos Buttler, Jonny Bairstow, Eoin Morgan, Joe Denly, Ben Stokes, Moeen Ali, Tom Curran, Chris Joran, Adil Rashid, Mark Wood
