The batsmen require right kind of temperament during the chasing, as they might have to face different situations in different period of the chasing, and they have to adjust with the situation in a very short time as there are very lesser scopes to make any mistake.

Jacques Kallis (South Africa) – 34 not outs

Former South African all-rounder Jacques Kallis, who played 328 ODIs from 1996 to 2014, batted in the second innings of an ODI match for 158 times. During those ODI chasing, Kallis remained not out in 34 ODI innings, and out of those matches, South Africa won 30 ODIs. In this 34 ODI innings, the right-handed batsman hit three centuries and 19 fifties, including his best knock 121, not outs.
South Africa’s most ODI run-scorer (11579 runs) Kallis scored 5575 runs in overall ODI chasing (average 44.95), including five centuries and 45 half-centuries.
