SummerSlam 2020 will no more be featuring a Hair vs Hair match that raised interest in fans. Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville were set to battle in this bout that would have seen the loser chopping her hair and go bald. But WWE potentially doesn’t want to see any of these beauties go bald and hence a newly stipulated match was announced between these two.
Summerslam 2020: No DQ Loser Leaves WWE Match Announced
Sonya Deville vs. Mandy Rose match at SummerSlam 2020 will now be a No DQ match where the loser would be leaving WWE. The outcome of the match would be lessening one superstar from the locker room and Deville is confirmed that it would be the WWE’s Golden Goddess.
This week’s SummerSlam 2020 go-home edition of SmackDown saw Rose cutting a promo where she tried to settle things down with her former Fire n Desire tag team partner. She wanted to go back to how they used to be best of friends. But the response wasn’t positive from the concerned person.

Deville later answered to the truce by cutting a heel promo against Rose, calling her a “b—h” and telling her to bring her A-game at SummerSlam 2020. Deville said Rose was bothered about possibly going bald, while Deville doesn’t care if she’s bald. She then mentioned how the match will now be converted into a No DQ Loser Leaves WWE Match. She’s apparently sick of looking at Rose’s face and would be happy to show her the doors.
Last night’s SmackDown also had a few references to the kidnapping attempt that happened at Deville’s home last weekend. Rose was present at Deville’s home as a guest. However, the incident was not directly mentioned. The victim is currently under police custody with several charges against him. He has also sent harassing messages to Deville.
The 2020 SummerSlam pay-per-view is scheduled to go down, live this Sunday, August 23, from the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida aka WWE ThunderDome. Here’s the updated match card,
