The latest edition of WWE Raw was the final one from the current ThunderDome capacity. Randy Orton was scheduled to appear in the Firefly Funhouse on the show. Also, a Handicap Match was announced featuring WWE Champion Drew McIntyre for the main event. Check out the results of the show that aired from the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.
WWE Raw Results (07/12/20): Randy Orton-Bray Wyatt; Handicap Match
WWE Raw roster members paid tribute to Pat Patterson after which Randy Orton came out to kick off the show. He cut a heel promo on Wyatt before getting interrupted by the Firefly Funhouse segment. Orton wasn’t interested in and challenged Wyatt to a match for later the night that was accepted.
Update On Mandy Rose’s Return On WWE Raw After Injury
Asuka vs. Shayna Baszler was the first match of WWE RAW that saw Baszler locking in the Kirifuda Clutch on her opponent. Asuka countered with Asuka Lock but Nia Jax attacked Lana who was standing at ringside. Jax tried to put Lana through the announce table but Lana countered and sent Jax face-first into the table. Asuka took advantage of the distraction and rolled up Baszler for the win.
Reckoning and Slapjack vs. Dana Brooke and Ricochet was the next match lineup on WWE Raw. Slapjack hit a big modified Falcon Arrow but he missed a running cannonball. Reckoning made the tag and hit a missile dropkick on Brooke. Ali was giving orders to Reckoning for distraction. Brooke hit a Michinoku Driver on Reckoning for the win.
