Professional wrestling Legend Jim Ross who currently works as an announcer in the All Elite Wrestling recently talked about the AEW All Out pay per view event. He said where he thought the All Out 2021 pay per view event ranked.

The AEW All Out pay per view event is already being considered as one of the best pay per view events in the history of professional wrestling. Some critics and fans are even considering it as the best pay per view event of all time, even better than WrestleMania X-Seven, which is considered as the pay per view event in professional wrestling history.

But is the event really a better pay-per-view event than WWE WrestleMania X-Seven? By the standards of matches, it is quite close. But again, there were some really weak matches in All Out like Paul Wight vs. QT Marshall, add reputative booking in the Casino Battle Royal. The matches were the real downgrades of the event. Whereas every match from Wrestlemania X-Seven was a classic.

Mania X-Seven offered a lot of surprises as well. The biggest surprise had to be the heel turn of Stone Cold Steve Austin. But if we talk about the surprises, All Out ranks much higher than any other event in the history of professional wrestling. There were some of the debuts which made the show a classic. Not in any show, there was so many debuts in one single show. Debuts are seriously one of the biggest plus points of All Out.

Jim Ross who currently works as an announcer in the All Elite Wrestling recently spoke on his Grilling JR where he talked about the AEW All Out pay per view event.  He said;

“I know if it’s the best pay-per-view ever because I don’t know how you judge those things. If your opinion says that All Out was the best pay-per-view you ever saw, then that’s your opinion and you have the right to it.

“I thought the only pay-per-view that I had more fun and was full of emotion – the feels were there – and I’ve done a lot of great shows and was involved in a lot of great shows, but I think WrestleMania 17 is the closest thing for me for the emotional investment of that broadcast.

“I don’t know what that all means, but I had a hell of a good time and thought the show was excellent and well-booked. Tony Khan is a good booker. Somebody has got to realize he’s really, really smart.

“I sat down the other day on the airplane and made some notes on potential CM Punk opponents – there’s a year’s worth at least and that’s not counting returns. Phil’s not gonna wrestle week, obviously, nor should he or anybody quite frankly. You want to keep everybody fresh as you can.”
