The Rock is the biggest box office attraction in Hollywood who is also touted to be one of the most diverse celebrities ever. Transitioning from a WWE Superstar, he went on to become a movie star to start a new route for the professional wrestling superstars. The likes of John Cena, Batista have been following him for a long time.
In the latest, The Rock joins Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot in a Netflix original film Red Notice which is the biggest project to be produced by the OTT platform. The film has an enormous budget of $160-200 million and without a doubt, it’s going to be one of the biggest films of the year.

Recently, The Rock hosted a red carpet premiere for the movie while she’s also been busy with the promotions around the film. Speaking with India Today, the former WWE Champion intended to expand his league even more by coming to India and being a part of the movie industry of this country.

Speaking in an interview with India Today, The Rock gave a positive nod about featuring in a Bollywood movie,
“I would love that. I’ve always said that. I would love to figure out whatever the pathway is. I’ve felt there should be some more connective tissue between Hollywood and Bollywood. Especially when so many of our releases are not just theatrical, but they are on streaming platforms as well, where there’s so much more opportunity. There has to be a way to converge.”
The People’s Champion also remembered his days from professional wrestling where he used to have a connection with India.
“There were a couple of tours in which we were planning to go to India during my professional wrestling days, but it fell through for whatever reason. I was looking forward to that because my friends – The Undertaker and Stone Cold Steve Austin – would come back from India and say you must go there because we had the greatest time and the crowd was crazy,” The Rock continued.

In the upcoming Red Notice movie, The Rock is going to be seen as an Interpol agent with the only purpose of tracking and capturing notorious art thieves. The film will have some lavish visuals from different setups which justifies the big budget of the film. The chase of a cop and thief is likely to create a huge blockbuster and the megastar’s fans can’t wait.
