Roman Reigns hasn’t been pinned or submitted for more than 1000 days. His last pinfall loss came in one of the main events WWE TLC pay-per-view in 2019 against Baron Corbin and since then no one has been able to defeat the top champion on TV or in non-televised house shows. This just shows how incredibly dominant he has been as the prime titleholder in the WWE.
As the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns continues to rule the roost on Friday Night Smackdown with an iron fist. The Bloodline is also backing him up to keep him in an untouchable state. He’s not defending his title at the Extreme Rules premium live event and hence, for the time being, his absence is justified from SmackDown TV.

Roman Reigns entering a storyline with Logan Paul for Crown Jewel 2022?
Unified WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns appeared on Logan Paul‘s Impaulsive Podcast, recently and he advised the host to acknowledge him and in the process brought him into WWE’s storyline perspective. Paul Heyman then responded to a command from Reigns and claimed to restore things in order. In response, Logan Paul wanted to know exactly how he plans on doing this.
When the YouTube star asked the Special Counsel for Roman Reigns how he planned on doing this, WWE’s Chief Content Officer Triple H intercepted and invited him to appear on SmackDown in Roman Reigns’ absence,
“…It just so happens I have a globally televised platform to allow our Superstars to “handle” their issues with one another…consider this an invite for #Smackdown tomorrow night!”

Logan Paul has accepted this invitation and WWE is promoting that he will be appearing on Smackdown to bring all the mainstream attention to the product. Nothing is confirmed at this point but it seems a setup for a potential match between Logan Paul and Roman Reigns at the 2022 Crown Jewel premium live event. It’s going to be a Stadium Show in early November and WWE is set to gather all the star power for the Saudi Arabia event.
