Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson offered yet another blockbuster in the form of Black Adam where he became a superhero in the DC Universe. Despite huge collections all around the world, the movie underperformed in comparison to the expectations as well as the other superhero franchises. Hence, it’s been confirmed that Black Adam will not be featured going forward. New Studio Heads James Gunn and Peter Safran are now in control of all of DC Studios and they’re not including the newest superhero in “the first chapter.”

For some time, there has been a curiosity among the fans over Black Adam’s renewal in the form of a sequel. Warner Bros. Discovery and the newly formed DC Studios headed by James Gunn have considered otherwise and they perhaps have a valid reason for not delivering another installment of the franchise.
