As mentioned, Vince McMahon is the owner of WWE Who announced his retirement last year and fans were really delighted to hear this as everyone was bored and frustrated with his repetitive and monotonous product. Eric Bischoff Discusses The Return Of Vince McMahon
Fans and wrestlers had an amazing time under Triple H as he produced better matches, better storylines and better feuds. Everyone was really happy with the product that Triple H was delivering. But McMahon shocked everyone when he returned to WWE once again and took full control of the creative.
This angered both the fans and a lot of wrestlers along with the board members as well. A number of board members already resigned after the news broke. Stephanie McMahon stepped down from her role of being the CEO of WWE. And everything is not because of Vince returning to WWE only, the actual fear was worse.

Vince is plotting to sell WWE and he returned to WWE only to make sure the sell goes smooth. A number of names were rumoured on who could potential buy WWE. Names like CNBC, ESPN and even Disney came into the LimeLight as the potential buyer of WWE. Nobody minded it.
But the fear became worse when it was confirmed that Vince McMahon is actually selling WWE to a Saudi Arabian owner. Fans got really worried after the news broke. Countries like Saudi had a terrible reputation on human rights and other big issues. WWE could be destroyed if the takeover actually happens. Vince lost all the respect and love he earned throughout his life and he is currently the most hated man in professional wrestling.
Eric Bischoff who is the first ever General Manager of Monday Night RAW recently spoke on his 83 Weeks podcast where he talked about the return of Vince McMahon to WWE and discussed why the owner of the promotion might have returned. He said;

“I understand your question, but I think — now I haven’t read everything that’s come out in the last couple of hours. I’ve seen some of the bigger headlines and a couple other emails and stories. But I think Vince is — his reasoning for coming back and making this move is to aggressively pursue a sale.
“So in that case, I don’t think that matters. Because if he sells the company, he’s not gonna be running it anymore. And whether things ran better with him or without him is an irrelevant, a moot point Because whoever buys it isn’t going to have Vince McMahon running it anyway. They’re gonna run it. So no, I think this is Vince’s exit strategy. And whether it’ll run better with him or without him isn’t really a discussion in an exit strategy like that.”
