India cricket team is leading the Border Gavaskar Trophy (BGT) by 2-0 against Australia. Men in Blue will be up against the Australian side for the third test match at Indore on 1st March. Sourav Ganguly predicted that India will clean sweep the four test match series and that Men in Blue are a far superior side than the visitors in these conditions.

Ganguly has predicted Australia will lose the series by a 4-0 margin against India-
“I see 4-0. It will be hard for Australia to beat India. In these conditions, we are a far superior team,” he said.
Asian giants after winning the last test match have retained the BGT for four successive times, with the last two series win coming down under. The Indian team will be eyeing to win the third test match to fix their place for World Test Championship (WTC) final, the home side needs to win at least three test matches to reach the WTC finals in England later this year.

Meanwhile, former Indian coach Gregg Chappel and Ganguly’s friend or foe used a Mike Tyson quote to express his unpleasantness towards the Baggy Greens.
“Punched themselves in the mouth long before the first ball was even bowled“.
“It was Mike Tyson who said in the lead-up to a fight with Evander Holyfield: Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth,” said Chappel.
The Australian cricket team has to win or draw the remaining two matches to reach the WTC final in England, current Aussies skipper Pat Cummins has left his side due to family reasons and will be unavailable for the third test match.
“My concern after watching the first two Tests is that the Australian team punched themselves in the mouth long before the first ball was even bowled, It is one thing to plan, but to base that plan on a flawed premise is an exercise in futility,” concluded former Australian cricketer.
Followed by test series, both teams will be up against each other for three ODI, first ODI game is scheduled between India and Australia on 17th March at Wankhede stadium in Mumbai.
