We all know about how Virat Kohli has changed himself and his eating habits–and is one of the fittest players in the world going around. In the last few years, the former Indian skipper has changed his diet and habits a lot. Now, he has quit eating fast foods which has helped him maintain his physique–and that’s why he is one of the fastest runners on the field and between the wickets.

Kohli with his better half, Anushka Sharma was present at India Sports Honours 2023, where at the red carpet event–he admitted the fact that he would have a few drinks to dance on the floor in the past.

Former Indian skipper narrates his old habits, which Anuskha acknowledged-

In a rapid-fire round, “Who is more likely to steal the dance floor?” asked the presenter at the gala event,

Anushka was quick to point towards his husband, then Kohli asked Anushka “Me?

Steal the dance floor!” replied the Bollywood actress.

He loves singing and dancing,” she added, then star Indian batter shared an anecdote about his old habits.

I don’t drink anymore but back in the day, party mein ghus ke agar do drink ho gayi toh, phir yes (If I had two drinks after going to a party, then yes [most likely to steal the dance floor). Take over matlab to a point where people don’t want me there. I don’t care then, do-teen drink ke baad (after two-three drinks). Not anymore, back in the day yes,” stated Kohli on his wife’s answer.

The cricketers and other sporting heroes had a gala time at the event, where Indian sporting stars are honoured, it was the fourth edition of the event, which started in 2017.

Indian Sports Honours is an annual event by the RPSG Group in association with the Virat Kohli Foundation for outstanding sports personalities from India.

The 2nd edition was held on September 27, 2019, before the Covid pandemic, but after the pandemic hit the third edition was conducted online and was broadcast on 23rd July 2021. While the 2023 event took place at the JW Marriot in Juhu, Mumbai on Thursday, 23rd March 2023.
