It’s hard for WWE fans to experience Raw or Smackdown without the presence of Alexa Bliss, especially during the Wrestlemania season. Due to her consistency in performances since her debut on the main roster in 2016, she had been put into the women’s division’s runner position for a long time. However, things gradually changed for the multi-time women’s champion over the past couple of years.

Earlier this year, fans certainly noticed that Alexa Bliss stopped appearing on television after the Royal Rumble premium live event. Being a popular figure, she is needed on TV and this is the reason why her appearance on The Masked Singer appeared to be so attention-seeking. However, there was still not that much positive update regarding her return until now.

Alexa Bliss is seemingly ready for her comeback since she’s not dealing with any injuries but that hasn’t happened yet due to lack of creative plans. In fact, she was also opted out of the Draft pool, surprisingly. Despite these negative updates, there’s a ray of hope for Little Miss Bliss and her fans as they could expect a return to happen in a week.

WWE Night of Champions is taking place in Saudi Arabia on May 27th. Although Alexa Bliss isn’t booked on the show, she could be brought back for an appearance. Boozer 666, an online news broker stated that the top WWE Raw Superstar’s services are wanted in Saudi Arabia for the upcoming pay-per-view and hence, the fans will probably see her pop up just after Backlash,

“Bliss wanted for Saudi PLE. So expect a return after Blash.”

Alexa Bliss has been absent on WWE TV since January 2023

As noted above, Alexa Bliss hasn’t been seen on TV since the 2023 Royal Rumble premium live event. After Bianca Belair defeated her for the Raw Women’s Title on that night, Uncle Howdy appeared on a giant screen to ask her about the last time when she was in control. That segment marked the beginning of another hiatus for the five-time women’s champion.

Since no explanation was given by the WWE behind her hiatus, Alexa Bliss herself took to Twitter to reveal that she had a type of skin cancer that most often develops on areas of skin exposed to the sun, such as the face:

“Don’t worry, short healing time. Always get your skin checked! Esp if you are in the sun or use tanning beds! Lol”
