The speculation is that a World Heavyweight Championship match would go down on the show given the champion Seth Rollins will issue an Open Challenge. While that yet-to-be-confirmed match is still reportedly on, WWE has a multi-person main event match set.

There’s no confirmed update on who Cody will be teaming up with on WWE Raw in the main event match but he would possibly get a babyface tag team in his corner to face the three male Judgment Day members to continue the ongoing feud. As announced, last week, Cody will also face Dominik Mysterio at Money in the Bank on July 1 in the United Kingdom.

Women’s World Champion not dealing with injury on Raw
A reported injury scare broke out heading into WWE Raw, this week regarding Rhea Ripley. The Women’s World Champion from the red brand wasn’t booked in a title defense at the Money in the Bank 2023 premium live event. According to Xero News, Ripley’s knee issues were the reason behind WWE not including her in a storyline.
Ripley has previously noted in recent interviews that her knee keeps on popping during matches. The same happened during her Women’s Royal Rumble match victory and WWE reportedly wanted to give her a light schedule on WWE Raw, heading into Money in the Bank. So, she was just slated to appear with Dominik Mysterio for his match against Cody Rhodes.
In an update, Rhea Ripley vs. Natalya Neidhart in a non-title capacity has been announced for WWE Raw, confirming that the champion is doing just fine. This will be a rematch from Night of Champions where Ripley defeated Natalya in just 18 seconds to retain the Smackdown Women’s Championship. Dominik distracted Natalya, helping Ripley to connect with the Riptide finisher for an easy win.
