The best performance was by Harbhajan Singh who had taken 32 wickets in the 3-match home Test series against Australia in 2001.

 

  1. Ashwin claimed twice 10-wicket haul in this Test series which was the jointly best by an Indian bowler in a Tests series. Harbhajan Singh was the first Indian bowler to achieve this feat and that was in the 3-match home Test series against Australia in 2001.
