Massive: Arsenal star missing from training after injury confusion, two others also sidelined 1

Hector Bellerin was a notable absentee from arsenal training on the eve of Swansea game.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger did not mention any injury to the right-back at the pre-match press conference on Thursday.

Last week the 1-year-old was reported to have suffered an ankle injury playing for Spain’s inder-21s.

However, he did play 90 minutes for the junior team on Monday.

But the training pictures released by the club, Bellerin was not seen but his possible replacement Mathieu Debuchy was spotted.

Aaron Ramsey and Olivier Giroud also didn’t take part in the final training session at London Colney ahead of Arsenal’s clash with Swansea on Saturday afternoon.

The pair has been put on special training plans to rebuild their fitness after early season injuries.

Wenger was able to work with the majority of his squad with the likes of Mesut Ozil, Laurent Koscielny, Theo Walcott all smiles on the training field.

Meanwhile, Bob Bradley will take charge of Swansea for the first time as they travel to London to face Arsenal.

The former Egypt and USA boss will become the first American to manage in England’s top flight and it’ll be a baptism of fire for the 58-year-old at the Emirates.

The Swans have proved to be something of a bogey team for Arsene Wenger’s men, with The Gunners only winning once in their last five meetings.

But Wenger’s side have made a good start to the Premier League campaign, where they find themselves two points behind leaders Manchester City, and will expect to beat a side hovering just one point above the relegation zone.

Swansea are unbeaten in their last four Premier League visits to the Emirates and Arsenal have averaged just 0.8 points per game at home to Swansea in the league – their worst return against any side at home.

While Swansea does have a good record against Arsenal and a new manager can sometimes give a team fresh impetus, it’s hard to look past Arsenal winning this.

Swansea have generally been competitive in every game they’ve played so far this season and they’ve had a tough set of fixtures recently but Arsenal should be too much for them.
