fter an incredible 12 games unbeaten streak, Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal have fallen to back to back defeats on their trips to the Goodison Park and the Etihad in this busy month of the Premier League.
These losses have pushed the club to the 3rd place in the points table, 9 points off the top of the table, leaving the manager with a fair bit of work to do to go back to the top of the table.
The manager will know that his side will have to be at their best to get anything from this season and the fans will hope that they can get some sort of silverware after a disappointing season last time around.
If that was not a problem big enough, reports today have given the Arsenal fans a huge shock.

According to the Sun, the French manager, who is incharge of his 21st year at the Emirates is now a target for French giants PSG.
Wenger, who has previous experience of League 1 as a manager of AS Monaco, is arguably one of the most respected managers in world football and has been a target for the French giants for some time now.
He has in the past turned down offers from PSG to stay at the Emirates but according to reports today, PSG’s multimillionaire owner is confident that they can land their man this time.
The 67-year old, who has provided the club with the greatest moments in their history, is also a fan favorite at the Emirates but at his age, he is not expected to stay at the club for too long.
His current contract expires at the end of the current season but Arsenal are not really worried about his place in the side and are ready to wait till the end of the season to sort his contract out.

However, PSG, who have not been at their best under Unai Emerey this season, are now ready to swoop for him in January.
It is understood that PSG are ready to offer Wenger a £10m package, which is a 20% improvement on his current contract with Arsenal. It is also understood that PSG want to lure Arsene Wenger but offering him unlimited transfer funds at the club in the summer.
Managing the best team in your native country could be the best job you could land but Wenger, who has a special relationship with the fans and the club in London, will have to think hard before making the move.
There are a number of managers who can lift PSG back to the top but very few can do it in style and PSG will hope that they can land their man at the end of the season.
Do you think Arsene Wenger should join PSG next season?
