Arsene Wenger Writes Touching Message For Family Of An Arsenal Fan Who Is Missing 1

London outfit Arsenal are not at the best moment in the season as they have now dropped enough points to jeopardize their place in the top-4 in the points table in the Premier League.

The 5-1 loss at the Allianz Arena leaves them little chance of progress into the next round of Europe’s elite competitions and though they are also involved in the FA Cup, they will now try to shift their focus onto the Premier League., to try and consolidate a place in the top-4 come the end of the season.

Arsene Wenger, the manager at the club for more than 2 decades now, has given them and the fans plenty to cheer in his time at the Emirates and he has grown into a cult hero for the Gunners.

He helped the club to this height having taken hold of them at one of their worst moments and he will forever be remembered as the best manager in the history of the club.

The manager is not just smart on the field but is also warm in his heart.

He has always taken time for the fans and here is one hart touching story that made the day of one Arsenal fan.

Jack Glenn, an Arsenal fan, has been missing from the start of the month and the family of the 23-year old has been desperately involved in search parties for their loved one.

He was last seen entering the River Foyle in Ulster on February 2, with his family desperately still searching the waters to try and find him.

His friends and family decided to set up a Facebook page to try and reach a larger audience.

The page is named Getjackback and its popularity is yet to help the family.

However, it became popular enough for the Arsenal manager to get an eye on it and Wenger did not waste any time to try and provide a helping hand.

He wrote a heart touching message to the family of the 23-year old which read:

‘It was with great sadness that we learned recently of the death of Jack and on behalf of us all at Arsenal Football Club, I do extend to you our very sincere condolences.

‘Although I did not have the privilege of knowing Jack personally, I am aware that he enthusiastically followed the fortunes of his team, and for this we are extremely grateful.

‘I know that words mean so little at times such as these, but I do with you to know that our thoughts are with you at this very sad and difficult time.’

Searches have been taking place during daylight hours between the Peace Bridge and Foyle Bridge and also at Culmore Point in an attempt to try and find Mr Glenn’s body.
