Bangladesh left-arm spinner Shakib Al Hasan managed to pick up 10 wickets in the 2016 T20 World Cup. At the end of that tournament, Shakib had the overall bowling figures of 23-0-166-10 in seven matches (six innings), with an average of 16.60 and economy rate of 7.21.

Shakib’s best bowling figures in that tournament was 3-0-15-4 against Oman (at Dharamsala on 13th March 2016) during the First Round of that tournament.
