Though former Indian cricketer Ajit Agarkar had a role as a bowler in his team, but he was a very handy with his bat too as he had been used as a pinch hitter for Indian team specially in ODI cricket. Agarkar had slammed fastest half-century by an Indian in ODI cricket as he had scored 50 in just 21 balls against Zimbabwe. Apart from this, he had scored many runs in important times as he had hit a century in Test cricket.
