Team India will face South Africa in the second of the three-match series on September 18 (Wednesday) in Mohali. After a washout in the first match in Dharamsala, both teams will be keen to take an unassailable lead in the series with only one match to go.
South Africa will embark on their road to World T20 from the series against India. They have included a lot of new players who were not a part of the World Cup squad. The Proteas will hope to induce fresh energy to bring the team on the right track.

On the other hand, India are from the back of a thumping victory against West Indies. They will look to continue to persist with young cricketers – Rahul and Deepak Chahar, Washington Sundar and Krunal Pandya in the squad.
The return of Hardik Pandya will give India the advantage of going in with three spinners and bring depth in the batting order. The batting unit is still the best in the business and the home side will rely on the likes of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma to win the matches for them.
