The Indian team has headed towards Bengaluru for the third T20I match against South Africa, after the victory in 2nd game. The team was practising in the ground when former India skipper Rahul Dravid joined them. Indian Team will be looking forward to winning the third match to register a whitewash.

The first T20I match was abandoned because of persistent rain as no ball was played in Dharamsala. In Mohali, India won the second match by seven wickets with Virat Kohli’s effortless batting.

Dravid, who heads the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru, joined the team at Bengaluru to share some tips and was seen talking with Ravi Shastri. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) shared the picture of Ravi Shatri shaking hands with the legend and captioned it with “When two greats of Indian Cricket meet”

Rahul Dravid has worked tremendously well in the last few years with the India U19 and India A sides. Under his coaching, players like Shreyas Iyer, Manish Pandey, Krunal Pandya, Rishabh Pant, Navdeep Saini, Rahul and Deepak Chahar came into the limelight. His advice to the team can benefit the team to script a clean sweep.

Indian team showed good performance with young talent in 2nd T20I in Mohali as they chased down the target easily. The bowling attack was also remarkable as Deepak Chahar took two crucial wickets while Washington Sundar halted batsmen to score runs, Ravindra Jadeja’s commendable follow through catch and Virat Kohli’s stunning catch off Quinton de Kock restricted the visitors to 149.

India made a swashbuckling start with Rohit Sharma taking on the bowlers convincingly. Following Rohit’s departure, Shikhar Dhawan struck some good boundaries and scored 40 runs in 31 balls. Virat Kohli as usual with his effortless batting scored 72* runs in 52 balls. India won the match and lead the series 1-0.
