IPL 2016: Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Mumbai Indians – Predicted XI

In the IPL 2016, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Mumbai Indians (MI) both the teams have not started well. While defending champion Mumbai Indians has lost 2 out of their first 3 matches with their solitary win coming against Kolkata Knight Riders, while Sunrisers Hyderabad, on the other hand, has lost their first two games in this competition.

In the IPL history, both the team are known for their slow start. While SRH has very limited star players, Mumbai Indians has good team unit despite the absence of Lasith Malinga.

During the first two matches of IPL 2016, SRH suffered in the both batting and bowling. SRH has limited batting strength while Ashish Nehra’s absence will also suffer in their bowling line-up. SRH is taking time for settle down as a team but they should do it as soon as possible.

On the other hand, after suffering a defeat against the new IPL team Rising Pune Supergiants in the opening game of the tournament, Mumbai Indians made a comeback by beating Kolkata Knight Riders. However, MI lost in their third match of the tournament against another new team Gujarat Lions but fought very well as the match was decided on the last ball of the match.

Now SRH and MI will meet on Monday night at Hyderabad. In the current situation, both the teams are desperate to win this match, which should make for an exciting clash.

In the previous 6 meetings, SRH have won only 2 matches, while Mumbai Indians have won 4 matches.
