IPL 2018: 14th Match, Mumbai Indians vs Royal Challengers Bangalore – Weather Forecast

Defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) will look to turn things around when they take on a star-studded Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at the Wankhede Stadium on Tuesday (April 17).

Mumbai, meanwhile, has lost three games on a trot – to start the tournament in the worst possible way. They started with a loss to Chennai Super Kings owing to the last-over thriller on April 7. It continued with their loss to Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Delhi Daredevils (DD).

However, RCB has only won only one game out of their three outings so far. Both the teams will look to give their best which will subsequently make this encounter more interesting.

Weather Forecast:

According to Accu Weather, there will no cloud cover over Mumbai and this will excite the fans. There will be less humidity as well compared to the previous matches which come as a good news for all the cricketers including foreign recruits.

Moreover, it will be partly sunny until 6:00 PM and is likely to turn hazy while the temperature falls down. The temperatures will be hovering around 30 degree Celsius and the humidity will be around 45 percent.

Meanwhile, dew will play a part in this game with the team batting second getting an added advantage.

As a result, both the captains will opt to field first as has the scenario in the past 13 outings.

Having the net run-rate in minus (-0.174) Rohit Sharma-led Mumbai Indians side lingering at the bottom of the IPL points table, whereas, Bangalore is placed sixth with two points.

Mumbai is termed as the slow-starters in this lucrative Twenty20 competition, as Virat Kohli-led Bangalore has further looked dismal evening having the star players in their camp.
